Founded in 1947 for the production of containers for industrial use, Fustiplast (the first company in the Cassina Group) made a jump in the early '70s in the plastic field. Patents and put on the market new and more innovative containers, using the most modern technologies. Since 2000 the group expands itself with the acquisition of Plastinova Italiana, founded IMPET, opens to the world, with the acquisition of industrial packaging sector of Roth Werk GmbH (Fustiplast GmbH) and the founding of Fustiplast do Brasil.

The solution

 

  • Adopted (November 2005) the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne solution;
  • Rapidly activated Fustiplast GmbH (January 2006); then the management society of Alfa Group(Real Estate), Multipack (production of facilities for companies of the group) and Cassina Packaging Group (financial group);
  • In January 2007 enabled industrial companies Fustiplast Italy, Plastinova Italiana and Impet;
  • Implement the integrated management of information of all companies of the Group;
  • Allow aggregate information on sales of the Group;
  • Guaranteed control of production unit and management of information to support management decisions;
  • Information System changed from a portfolio of different applications to a single software solution, integrated for all the Group realities.
